NGG has hired facadeTek to supply just over 40,000 SF of unitized curtainwall for a mixed-use development in the heart of the 1 million square foot Ballpark Village development just outside of the St. Louis Cardinals Busch Stadium. BPV 100 is comprised of an upscale Live! By Lowes Hotel which includes retail, restaurant and entertainment space in addition to the first Class-A office building space in downtown St. Louis in over 30 years. Project units are scheduled to begin and be completed in Q1 of 2019.
Icon EBS has hired facadeTek to supply over 100,000 SF of custom unitized curtainwall to re-clad the existing Arthur J. Altmeyer Building located in Woodlawn, MD. Due to the limited capacities of the existing HVAC systems a highly rated thermal performing system is of the upmost importance to ensure the tenants comfort and overall performance of the building. There are over 2,000 curtainwall units which include a glazed-in custom textured aluminum panel and custom frit IGU’s. The design of this project is by Snow Kreilich and HGA. Both visual and performance mock-ups are to be completed in early 2019 with the project units commencing in Q2 of 2019 and continue into 2020.
Ventana DBS has hired facadeTek to supply over 80,000 SF of custom unitized curtainwall as well as 35,000 SF of pre-glazed storefront for a twelve story office and hotel development on the waterfront of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. There are over 900 curtainwall units as well as 949 pre-glazed storefront units as well as a custom trim assembly that picture frames the storefront units amidst the terra cotta rainscreen system. Project units are scheduled to begin in Q1 of 2019 and continue into Q3 of 2019.
